What’s the difference between, DyVA Product Ads and Branding Ads?

DyVA Product Ads: these use your listing data & photos from the MLS as the core content for the video ad. You simply pick the template you want to be used and the budget for your ad then the rest will automatically be done for you. It only takes a few seconds and just 1-click!

How Much Does It Cost - Product Ads? (Just Listed & Just Sold)

These ads require a minimum marketing budget of $65, in order to effectively run on Facebook to generate enough impressions and leads. The results of these campaigns are shown inside your Mission Control dashboard and also put into the Seller Report you can share to keep your sellers happy. The budget you select for this ($65 min) will be charged automatically to the card on file and will not affect your current monthly lead acquisition or remarketing budgets. The higher the budget you put, the more impressions we’ll be able to generate for you.

How Much Does it Cost - Remarketing Branding Videos?

These ads run automatically for you and will pull from your remarketing budget. We recommend you have a remarketing budget of $100 per 1,000 leads in your database so we can effectively run your regular dynamic ads + all the branding ads (a series of 10-13 videos) in sequence over the full month so you and your brokerage are always being seen and remembered in a fun, helpful and relevant way. You can also view all these ads inside your Mission Control dashboard under the remarketing tab and turn off any you don’t want to be seen. Video views are currently costing clients on average around 1 cent per view, so this is an extremely cost-effective way to keep your brand front of mind to everyone in your database.

Can we download the videos to post our self to other platforms?

Yes, 100% - We want you to post these as your own organic posts on FB, IG, Tik Tok etc.

Can we select the photos being used for the videos?

Yes for DyVa listing rocket videos you can pick and choose the photos to be used inside your mission control dashboard.

Can I use my own video for the Ad?

Yes, you just need to submit this as a custom ad request from the bottom of your mission control dashboard.

Will Tik Tok be an option in the future?

We’re watching it closely. You can, however, download then upload yourself to Tik Tok

How will team members be able to create their own if the Team Mission Control is for admins only?

Right now (Jan 2020) only admins can access mission control so they’ll need to run these for the agents. Later this year we’ll be releasing the ability for agents on your team to access all the features of Ylopo and put down their own card and have more control.

Will ethnic diversity also be taken into consideration when adding people into the videos?

Yes, we have a whole suite of branded videos that include a wide range of options for you to choose from. You can also turn any off you feel don’t represent your brand or community and you can request for new/different ones by emailing kiwi@ylopo.com. Thank you.

Is this available to everyone, what if I’m only on the tech package?

Yes everyone gets access to this, you just need to add $100 to your remarketing budget to make sure we’ve got enough media dollars to run all your ads. We recommend $100 per 1000 people in your database.

Do you need our IG & YouTube login details to post to these platforms for us?

We are targeting a Q2 release for YouTube. Once we release this we will reach out to you for your YouTube logins. There is no need to send us Instagram because it is attached to your FB account already and will run on both platforms. You can also download the video and post it organically in your feed for additional visibility which we encourage.

So we just give it a budget and it will run on all of the available platforms? FB, IG, YT ? Will that expand as you add platforms? Do we see reporting per segment there or are they tuned to display to the best performing channel?

Right now the budgets set are for FB & IG, when we add in YouTube you’ll have to assign an additional budget for that so it doesn’t disturb your FB & IG ads. We’ll advise you of YouTube budgets once we launch that but think of that as an add-on for exposure on top of what you’re already getting.

When they click...will they be routed to me somehow? My website? Or to my whole Team...if that's the case, will there be some sort of "tag" to show that it's a lead from my paid ad?

Listing Rocket Videos when clicked will go directly to the listing detail page on your search site and the branded videos when clicked will go to a generic search on your home search site to encourage them to shart looking at homes and register as a lead.

Is the cost of this based on the individual listing? Can you adjust a budget to increase for a specific listing?

Yes, listing rocket budgets are specific to that property and charged each time separately so it won’t affect any of your other budgets for lead acquisition or remarketing. The min is $65 which is $2 a day for 30 days

Does it have to be our own listings or from our MLS?

No, as long as you have permission from the listing agent you can run the video ad.

Does the listing have to be active in order to create the listing rocket/dynamic ad?

Yes the listing needs to be live and active on the MLS so we can pull all the data down and into the template you choose.

If you are promoting other agent's listings (with their permission), will there be a reference to the actual listing agent. For example, listing complements of "Betty Smith - Realtor eXp Realty"?

When we are in YLOPO as an office...when we decide to run one of these....will it pick up the Listing Agent info or will it pick up my Principal Broker's info?

It will pick up the listing agent info and it’s also editable so you can review and make changes to be sure the right info is shown for each listing rocket video.

After the 2 steps, and the videos are 'out there', can we get links to them/ often sellers want to see the ads/videos themselves, etc. can we find or are we sent like the youtube/fb/etc link?

Yes, you can download the actual video itself and share it with your sellers OR you click on the HTML/PDF version of the seller marketing report which also has a link to the video that your sellers can preview.

What does it cost and how do we turn it on?

There is no cost for creating the videos, however in order to get the videos seen by everyone in your database we highly recommend you increase your remarketing budget by $100 min. For ultimate efficiency, we recommend you have $100 in remarketing budget for every 1000 people in your database, this way your ads will be seen by everyone and continue to run in a smart sequenced order without any interruption.

For the Dyva branding videos can they be custom per agent on my team or just team specific?

Just a team or company-specific for now. We will be adding in agent level permissions this year.
