We’re looking to hire 1 experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal TC has the ability to work within our systems, follow our transaction procedures, takes initiative, and take responsibility for Listings and Contracts for our Realtor team members.
Ideal candidates:
- Match our culture, accountability, and productivity.
- Has excellent English (verbal and written)
- Enjoys working closely as a team but self-managed.
- Has experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB).
- Has at least 1 year of TC experience
- Has high-speed internet and a reliable computer (not tablet)
- Okay with change and adapts quickly.Duties:
- Process listings
- Complete Listing Checklist
- Review Listing Contracts
- Enter properties in MLS and maintain status and accuracy
- Order signs, lock boxes, and brochure boxes to be placed on property
- Maintain communication log in Follow Up Boss and Sisu for all sellers
- Contact sellers – weekly using marketing reports generated through Ylopo
- Process contracts with Contract Breakdown per Action Plan
- Assist in completion of Closing Checklist
- Assist in creating property brochures
- Prepare all letters for Sellers Addendums
- Review Buyer Contracts
- Upload all listing and buying contracts into Skyslope and Sisu
- Track deadlines and inspection dates and set up in Agent calendars
- Help with scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closings with our vendors
- Support our agents with their listings and contracts
- Keep all Transactions updated in Skylsope, Sisu and Follow Up Boss
- Reporting transaction metrics to leadership
